With more than 30 years experience, Larry Bridges realistically captures and
accurately preserves nostalgic subjects, landmarks, and period settings.
He offers lithographic prints of pen and ink drawings, as well as the
originals. They are available in black and white or hand water-colored, and
framed. Also, he executes pen and ink drawings and water-coloring on a
commission basis.
As a member of the Texas Wild Bunch Professional Artists Association, an
elite group of Texas full-time artists, his art has been displayed at
invitation-only shows, galleries, museums, and fine art festivals. Larry
has been showing as a full-time artist since 1985 and has received several First Place
and Best of Show awards.
Larry attended Texas Tech University where he studied Advertising Art &
Design. He is well-versed in fashion and commercial advertising, as
evidenced during employment with the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal as an Advertising
Account Executive. Also, as the owner/operator of an advertising agency,
he conceptualized, designed, and produced ads for leading retail accounts.
